Dentures

Implant Center of the Palm Beaches

Restore missing teeth with customized denture solutions designed to improve comfort, function, and appearance.

Dentures provide a reliable way to replace a full arch of teeth while helping patients eat, speak, and smile with confidence.

Traditional Dentures

Removable dentures are the traditional replacement method for missing teeth. These restorations are the most inexpensive way of replacing an entire arch of teeth at once.

Each denture is specially designed to fit comfortably in your mouth, and the visible portions are customized so they look natural when you eat, speak, and smile.

Although traditional dentures are not a permanent solution to tooth loss, they can last up to 15 years with proper care.

How To Care For Traditional Dentures

It’s important to treat dentures carefully to maintain their health and custom shape.

Patients are advised to:
  • Remove dentures and brush them after meals
  • Clean dentures before bedtime
  • Soak dentures overnight in a cleaning solution to prevent warping and maintain a comfortable fit

Implant Dentures

While dentures are an inexpensive tooth replacement option, some patients experience slipping after extended talking or eating. Dentures may also require adhesive, which can become unreliable over time.

Dental implants can be placed in the jaw to securely support dentures. These implants provide strong stability, making it easier to eat and speak comfortably.

Implant dentures remain removable for cleaning while offering improved support through a simple snap-on system that combines the benefits of dentures with the reliability of dental implants.

After healing is complete, your permanent custom restoration is attached to the implants using abutments, allowing you to enjoy your new smile.

Full Mouth Implants

Full Mouth Implants provide a solution for replacing a full arch of teeth using four dental implants to secure dentures.

These restorations are easy to maintain, patients brush and floss them similarly to natural teeth without needing to remove them for cleaning.

Dentures may also be stabilized using All-on-X implants, which use additional angled implants to provide stronger support. This option can work well for patients with lower jawbone density, often eliminating the need for a bone graft.

Restore Comfort and Confidence

Dentures and implant-supported solutions can help restore daily function and improve your smile.

The best way to determine the right option is through a personalized consultation.
